Delivery, Returns & Exchanges | ItsAModThing

All goods must be returned in the same new condition has they were dispatched. No refunds will be issued for goods returned that are deemed to be in a poor / faulty condition. If we are unable to sell the returned item(s) then we will not issue a refund. Any tags should be left intact and the goods should not be worn out. We have had several parka coats returned recently absolutely stinking of smoke. This is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Goods smelling of smoke are no longer in new condition and cannot be sold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED SMELLING OF SMOKE.

We advise all customers to clearly read the sizing guides on each relevant page prior to ordering in order to obtain the correct size, thus avoiding the hassle and cost of returns.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept a return less cost of postage anytime within 7 days from the day of confirmed delivery to yourself. This is in line with all your statutory rights contained within the long distance selling act and your right to cancel "cooling off period".

* All Products Listed With Free UK Postage | The free UK postage offer applies if the item / garment is kept by the purchaser. If the item is returned for a refund then a refund will be issued less the postage expense we incurred when initially dispatching the product. Please understand we cannot be out of pocket for a customer simply deciding that they do not like the product they purchased, or they did not read the sizing guidelines correctly and the product does not fit. We do not charge restocking fees or any of that nonsense like some businesses. Only the charges we have incurred. THE FREE UK POSTAGE OFFER IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE SPECIFIC ITEM PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU REQUIRE AN EXCHANGE FOR WHATEVER REASON THEN THE POSTAGE FEE FOR EXCHANGING MUST BE MET BY THE CUSTOMER.

Upon clearance of payment, 99% of orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. However, please understand that we deal with vintage and customised kit that may take between one and two weeks. If this is the case then prior notice will be given to the customer.

The goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and therefore it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are entirely happy for goods to be sent to their chosen address. Under no circumstances, will goods be resent, or refunds made by ItsAModThing.com for customers who state that some unauthorised person signed and accepted their purchased goods.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we therefore offer a no questions asked refund, less postage fees we incur, if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason. Please return the same, unworn product to us and we will refund the cost of the goods to you less the postage fees we have incurred.

PLEASE NOTE:

UK & EU Returns & Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 14 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date the item(s) was / were signed for when received from the mail provider.

WW Returns & Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 21 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date the item(s) was / were signed for when received from the mail provider.

Customers will be invoiced the postal fees for resending items due to exchange requests. The costs are as follows:

It is the senders / customers responsibility to ensure that returned goods are adequately insured and tracked. Its A Mod Thing.com does not accept any liability for returned goods that may go astray in the postal system and we will not compensate customers in any such circumstance.

The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Therefore, returned items should be properly insured or tracked by the person returning the goods.

OK few notes on delivery times etc, as stated clearly we aim to dispatch the majority of all orders within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment. Specific customisation work may mean that the order can take up to 7 days prior to dispatch. Please contact us if you should need to discuss.

UK Mainland | Our courier is DPD who provide a Next Day delivery service for all UK Mainland orders. You will receive a dispatch text message, or email with a one hour delivery window notification.

UK Off Shore | We use Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery for all Off Shore orders.

EU Orders | are sent via DPD and should arrive with you within 2 to 4 days once the order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch email from DPD with tracking information.

WW Orders | Our Classic M51 and M65 parkas are dispatched via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed delivery service. Our Stonetail parkas are dispatched via UPS and only take 2 to 5 days for USA, Austrailia etc. The service is fully tracked.
